I had posted updates on YouTube and Facebook a few days ago, but I thought this would also be a good way to get info out there.
When I reopened my shop, I had no idea I would get such an influx of orders. I've been working very hard on getting them all cut, packaged, and shipped. I had made progress then my thermal label printer stopped working and I had to get another. It's here and I'm powering through more orders. I also made the mistake of not ordering enough wood or shipping supplies when my shop reopened. I had based everything on previous sales, but I simply didn't order enough. That's been straightened out now though.
When I package an order, it's marked as 'fulfilled'. The website should automatically send you an email stating this. I work in batches and print out groups of shipping labels all at once, then ship them out. I have scheduled pickups with the post office on Mondays and Fridays. Keep an eye on your email for the tracking info. Make sure it didn't get sent to your folder.
Pretty much any shop owner runs into snags on launch day, and I surely did. But I'm working everyday to get them out. They'll be all caught up by the end of the week. Again, many apologies.
